In most cases, we recommend beginning by taking our Business Analysis Fundamentals course to set yourself up for success and learn the key business analysis concepts you’ll need as a BA.
If you know that you specifically you want to go the Product Owner route, I suggest starting with Product Owner Fundamentals course to establish the foundation for this specific role.
